When you call MDM for the first time, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will be your personal consultant. You will have one person who will handle your orders, assist with any questions, and always be there after the sale. Your Account Manager will also provide you with their personal cell phone number. They are on call 24 hours a day in case you have a late order or an after-hours technical question.
