When you call MDM for the first time, you will be assigned an Account Manager who will always be available to you as your personal consultant. That's right, we assign one person who will handle your orders, assist with any questions, and be there to support every sale. In addition, your Account Manager will provide you with their personal cell phone number and will be on call 24 hours a day in case you have a late order or need after-hours technical support. We understand that your business is seldom 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., so neither is ours.
